Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free. Order preparation takes 1–3 days after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time for Europe is 5–10 days after dispatch.

We will email you when your order is confirmed and when tracking information is available.

Free returns within 30 days

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused. Return shipping costs are reimbursed.

To arrange a return, email info@notsample.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

We will provide the return address and shipping instructions when you contact us. Please use the address provided with those instructions.

You arrange and pay for the return shipment, and we reimburse the shipping cost. Exchanges are also available; contact our team to arrange one.

Refund processing can take up to 30 days, depending on your card issuer.
